Mine shaft

        The various transformer substation of mine and various distribution lines of voltage class make the power supply system of mine. In power supply system of mine, there are two typical method: deep well power supply system, asakai power supply system and footrill power supply system.

1.Safely improve power factor, avoid power factor’s examination penalty from power supply department;
2. Save energy and reduce consumption, reduce electricity cost
3. Reduce damage from harmonic to electric device, secure the steady operation of distribution device and reactive power compensation device
4. Increase the using efficiency of system capacitance and distribution device

Main electric devices of mine shaft is hoist, belt transmission, charging device of air compressor, pump fan, battery charging device.
1、Hoist, belt transmission: device motor is driven by inverter, 6 pulse wave AC inverter driving system, it produces lots of 5,7,9times harmonic, and motor consumes lots of reactive power
2、Air compressor, air blower pump: load change is small , this motor usually use Y/△ starter or soft starter to start. When in operation, the harmonic current is small, but when starting, the 5,7times harmonic it produces is big; its operation consumes lots of reactive power.
3、Battery charging device: charging device usually use three-phase or single-phase bridge rectifier to charge miner’s lamp, it produces lots of 5, 7, 9times harmonic

Suggestion is to use fast filter compensation to centralized harmonic control and reactive power compensation:

1.Use fast filter compensation device, at the same time of improving power factor, it also can control 5,7,9 times harmonic

2.Use harmonic voltage suppressor to control 3, 5, 9times harmonic voltage
