Mine

        Mine is the individual production enterprise with a certain mining state of the mining ore. Mine normally includes one or many mining workshop (or named hang hau, mine, open pit) and some auxiliary plant, most mines also includes ore dressing plant(coal washing plant).

1.Safely improve power factor, avoid power factor’s examination penalty from power supply department;
2. Save energy and reduce consumption, reduce unit power consumption cost
3.Reduce the damage from harmonic to appliances, ensure the steady operation of distribution device and reactive power compensation

Main electric devices of mine is drill (air pressure drill), transmission belt(traction motor) , crusher, mine screening installation and etc.
1、Drilling(air pressure drill): drill capacity is small, but quantity is big. Drilling is impact load, the load varies very large when drilling hole, so it will produce lots of 7, 9, 11, 13times voltage harmonic and 7, 9times current harmonic, and it consumes lots of reactive power. If use air pressure drill, the air compressor is required to generate the 5 and 7 harmonics when starting, operation will consumes lots of reactive power.
2、Transmission belt(traction motor): transmission belt device motor is driven by inverter, 6 pulse wave AC inverter driver system, will produce lots of 5, 7, 9times harmonic, and motor will consumes much reactive power. If use DC traction motor, three-phase bridge rectifier will supply DC power to motor, rectifier will consumes lots of 5, 7, 9times harmonic
3、Crusher: no need inverter devices to adjust speed of motor, the current varies a lot during working process, so it produces lots of 5,7, 9 times voltage harmonic, consumption of reactive power is very big
4、Mine screening installation: device is driven by inverter, 6 pulse wave AC inverter driver system, it will produce large 5, 7, 9times harmonic, and motor consumes lots of reactive power.

Suggestion is to use fast filter compensation to conduct local harmonic control and reactive compensation

1、Use fast filter compensation device, at the same time of improving power factor, it will also control 5, 7, 9times harmonic

2、Use harmonic voltage to control 3, 5 times  harmonic voltage
