        With the continuous deepening of rural power grid upgrading, a large number of distribution transformer
        comprehensive distribution equipment (JP cabinet JP box) is applied to rural power grid distribution

 Equipment functional units:

a. Inlet-outlet line unit
b. Meter unit
c. Intelligent distribution transformer terminal unit
d. Reactive power compensation/filtering unit

Each functional unit is required:
1. Inlet-outlet line unit
Main control circuit adopts circuit breaker, inlet-outlet line. It has the function of switching
normal load, and should be equipped the basic protection of overcurrent, overload and another
abnormal trip. The shunt device should have the function of residual current action protection.
The device inlet and outlet should be equipped with an isolation device with obvious cut-off
point. In addition, there are 3-channel of outlet circuit in outdoor distribution.
2. Meter unit
The electric energy meters here are multi-functional electric energy meter, which is used to
billing-current transformer and the accuracy is not lower than level 0.5S. Meters adopt three-
phase voltage and current digital instrument with precision above level 1.5. (With power
parameter wireless transmission function)
3. Intelligent distribution transformer terminal unit
Use intelligent distribution transformer terminal device.
4. Reactive power compensation/filtering unit
Based on the load of power grid, reaction power compensation adopts intelligent filter power
capacitor bank or normal intelligent power capacitor bank, and automatic tracking
compensation. The capacity is confirmed on the basis of the distribution capacity and reactive
power compensation needs.
5. Lightning protection and grounding units
Using of harmonic surge protector, it gets double effects of harmonic voltage suppression and
lightning protection. The ground wire area of harmonic surge protector is not less than
16mm2. Between the door and main body as well as the active panel with electrical
components and main body, they should be securely attached with a 6mm copper braid. The
resistance between the equipment and ground terminal is not greater than 0.1Ω. The
connection between the main body with all the non-resistance welding components, regardless
of adopts screw, hinge or any other ways, the resistance between equipment body and ground
terminal should not be greater than 0.1 Ω. The shell must be grounded when the equipment is
running.
